Ⅰ. Machine Features

1.    H350GH is a 7-axis CNC Spiral Bevel Gear Grinder with 5-axis simultaneous movements, and small gears can be ground.

2.    H350GA is an 8-axis CNC Spiral Bevel Gear Grinder with 8-axis simultaneous movements. An eccentric grinding mechanism is equipped on the grinding wheel spindle for grinding the Formate ring gears highly efficiently.

3.    The machine can grind spiral bevel gears of the Gleason system, not only using the Completing Cycle Method but also using the Fixed Setting Method.

4.    Hypoid gears of high-deceleration ratio and coupling with face circular teeth can be machined on this machine.

5.    The independent grinding oil filtration system and the efficient oil mist exhausting device are equipped on the machine.

6.    The work spindle adopts the direct-drive technology with high indexing accuracy.

7.    A Siemens 840DSL CNC control system is equipped on the machine.

8.    Automatic tool setting and automatic stock dividing can be performed on this machine.
