1.     M7480/1 Introduction:

This machine is a vertical spindle rotary table surface grinder. It can grind surfaces within a diameter of 800mm (with a maximum height of the workpiece being 350mm) with a surface roughness value (Ra) not exceeding 1.25μm and a parallelism between the ground surface and its base of 0.01mm.

The machine is equipped with an electromagnetic worktable and a vertical grinding head. It efficiently grinds workpieces using the end face of a grinding wheel, making it suitable for rough grinding of rough castings or grinding workpieces with general precision. It is particularly suitable for high-volume production in industries such as automotive, tractor, bearing, and machine tool manufacturing, where it can achieve high productivity.
